Do you take insurance?
No insurance is required — Allostatic is cash-pay and priced to be less than most copays. We can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What does a visit actually include?
A flat $39 opens a 7-day care window with a licensed doctor of physical therapy. Message or video as much as you need in that window — a real evaluation, an individualized plan, and a referral when something needs a physician.
Is the membership worth it?

What can't you do?
