Do you take insurance?
No insurance is required, Allostatic is cash-pay and priced to be less than most copays. We can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What does membership include?
One membership brings a licensed physical therapist into your corner. They review your connected data and history, send back a clear visual breakdown of what's shaping your movement and what to do, and answer your questions whenever you have them. Consults are unlimited, with no per-visit fee.
Is there a per-visit charge?
No. Membership is one price, $45 a month or $249 a year, and every consult with your physical therapist is included. No clock, no per-conversation fee.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing but the billing. Monthly is $45 and easy to start or stop; annual is $249, which works out to less than half the monthly rate over a year, for people who know movement is a long game.
